We collect information you provide directly when using our platform, including: full name, email address, phone number (if provided), origin and destination of your move, home size and move details, preferred moving date, and any special service requests. We use your information to: match you with licensed moving companies that fit your request, send your move details to up to 4 mover partners who will contact you with quotes, send you confirmation emails and service updates, improve our platform through analytics, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We share your information with: moving company partners in our network (for the purpose of providing you with quotes), analytics providers (Google Analytics, etc.), email service providers (for transactional emails), and when required by law. All moving company partners who receive your information are independently responsible for their own privacy practices.
