Florida Movers Direct is a free lead generation and moving company comparison platform. We are not a moving company and we do not perform moving services. Our platform connects customers who are seeking moving services with independent, third-party moving companies. We facilitate introductions only — we are not a party to any contract between you and any moving company.
2. Free Service for Customers
Use of the Florida Movers Direct platform is free for customers seeking moving quotes. We earn referral fees from moving companies when customers book their services. This fee structure does not affect the quotes you receive or your obligation to any mover.
3. Accuracy of Information
By submitting a quote request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your move. Providing false or misleading information may result in inaccurate quotes and delays. Florida Movers Direct is not responsible for quote discrepancies caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
4. Third-Party Moving Companies
Moving companies in our network are independent contractors. Florida Movers Direct does not control, endorse, or guarantee the services, pricing, or conduct of any moving company. Your agreement with a moving company is solely between you and that company. We encourage you to review the mover’s license, insurance, and contract terms before booking.
5. No Guarantee of Quotes
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that you will receive quotes from moving companies, or that any moving company will be available for your requested date. Quotes provided by moving companies are estimates and may change based on actual inventory and conditions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Florida Movers Direct provides this platform ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida Movers Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or your engagement with any moving company introduced through our platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed $100 USD.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florida Movers Direct, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your interactions with moving companies.
